公關危機如未能妥善處理,影響力之大之廣之深,足以動搖個人形象,企業業務及股價表現,甚至國家安全。
危機管理是當代每個知名人士、企業家、高層管理人員,以至政府官員都必須掌握的能力,但應該如何培養處變不驚,轉危為機的能力?在處理危機時有何適宜與避忌的態度與方法?

Davis Man, the author of 3 books including a Chinese web 2.0 public relations handbook “[email protected] – 新世代公關實戰手冊”, a business management book “大我為先 – 改變自己.改變企業.改變世界” for HKSE publicly listed Crystal Group and a story telling book “醫.學.人生 – 馬老師的故事匣” for a famous Chinese medical professional Dr. Francis Ma, is a seasoned corporate and marketing communications professional, with over 30 years of experience in strategic marketing and communications planning, crisis management, advertising, publishing, media relations and event management in Hong Kong and China.
Being the Director of the company, Davis is responsible for the account management, strategic planning and implementation of corporate and marketing communications projects for clients.
Davis has worked in various industries and gained the industrial knowledge and communications experience in banking (Shanghai Commercial Bank), construction (Paul Y.-ITC Construction Group), property development (China Travel Services Group and Lippo Group), property sales and marketing consultancy (Cushman & Wakefield Asia), telecom (PCCW-HKT) and media (Hachette Filipacchi Hong Kong) fields. When he worked on public relations agency side, he had served the communications needs of multinational blue chip corporations.
Davis holds a Master of Management degree in Marketing Management of the Graduate School of Management, Macquarie University, Australia. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (Hons.) with major in Chinese Language and Literature, and a diploma in Marketing and International Business of the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
