Company History, Business Strategies, and Evolution
- Founded in 2019 and became Smart Living Exclusive Partner of China Mobile Hong Kong for its ONE Home smart IoT solution
- Specialises in smart IoT hardware projects for smart homes, smart retail stores, smart offices, smart schools, smart hotels and smart elderly care centres
- Work with software partners to develop Dashboards with smart hardware IoT solutions to provide data analysis, alerts and controlsAccording to customers’ requirements, develop tailored made Software solutions with software partners
- Cooperate with China Mobile with their 5G solutions for big projects which require 5G solutions
Mr. Vincent Leung, CEO & Vice Chairman
Mr. Leung is a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong and England and Wales, specializing in PRC mergers and acquisitions and foreign direct investment into the PRC. In 2007, Mr. Leung left the legal profession and joined his family business, founding Top Secret Fashion Concepts Limited, sportswear developer and retailer in Hong Kong as a director.
In 2008, through Onwel Group, Mr. Leung entered into joint venture with Luen Thai Enterprises and SKECHERS USA, Inc. to form SKECHERS Hong Kong Limited for the expansion of the SKECHERS brand in Hong Kong and Macau. The following year, this joint venture was further expanded to cover Southeast Asia. Under Mr Leung, SKECHERS had over 500 points of sales in Hong Kong, Macau, and 12 Southeast Asian countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.
In 2019, Mr. Leung established Peoples Smart Living Limited and became Smart Living Exclusive Partner of China Mobile.
