Following the announcement of the “Overall Plan for Promoting Comprehensive Cooperation among
Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao by Further Deepening Opening-up in Nansha District of Guangzhou”
(referred to as “Nansha Plan”), a series of supportive policies were issued from the framework, such as
tax incentives, pilot policies on investments, and support policies and incentives for corporations.
